Note to Tenant/User: Your landlord may require a method to secure the storage unit, in some circumstances. Please provide them with the “Landlord Lockout” device (shown in red), which is included with your Overlock Storage Protection System.

Instructions to Landlord: Place the red “Landlord Lockout” device, with rounded tab to the left, and the pin end inserted into the corresponding slot in the dome feature of the the Overlock Plate, as shown. Then apply the landlord lock. Removal of the tenant’s cylinder lock and the owner’s disc lock is not required.

The Overlock System is compatible with roll-up doors manufactured by: Chateau, Janus, Bezel (shown in product video).

Compatible locks to install on your Overlock System are disc locks with rotating shackle bolt circumference of 2 3/4”. Disc locks with other shackle bolt circumferences do not ensure a correct fitment.

Overlock warrants that our products are free from all material defects and fit for use for the particular purpose described in the product description. Should your unit not meet that standard please contact us at Overlock Systems Customer Care.

We hope will be happy with your product(s). However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.

Returns Policy

All returns must be postmarked within thirty-one (31) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original label attached with no personalization. Please return in original packaging.

Return Process

To return an item, please initiate the return/exchange by completing and submitting the Initiate Return Form. Upon receiving this form, we’ll send you an Return Packing Slip. Please pack the product in its original packaging, (if possible), and include the provided Return/Exchange Packing Slip, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label we’ve enclosed with your package.

When will you receive your refund or exchange?

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

If you are tax exempt, we will refund the tax charged at checkout when you email your Order Name, Order # and a copy of your Texas State Sales & Use Certificate here. Your Refund will be issued to the method of payment used for your purchase. Please allow 3-5 days process time on our end plus process time by your payment processor.

We have two options for purchasing more than 6 units.

1. Create an order for each order up to 6 units. These will be shipped in multiple boxes OR

2. Contact us via email here for bulk pricing and shipping!

Please note, while our site will allow you to enter a quantity of more than 6 units, a default shipping rate of $999 has been set for 6+. Let us help you avoid that through one of the options above!
